Tumbling is apart of the Dance curriculum, tumbling is need for Hip-Hop, Jazz and Pom, tumbling is not optional.

As the parent of _________________________, I do agree to pay DSCGA $45.00 monthly for my child to participate in the dance program offered at DSCGA.

I do understand that the Dance program is also competitive, and I am aware that I have to purchase a uniform and pay competition fees when needed.  

There is a $25.00 reg. fee. 

There is a one year commitment in the Dance program, if you decide to withdraw you must give a 2 week notice as courtesy for the coaches, dancers and parents.
